vintage cameras

when i think about photographie, i think about my eye --- my photographic eye --- the one given to me/learnt from my dad, my pops, my chopper. he taught me how to visualize what i see through the lense, before clicking the shutter.

i love the look and feel of old cameras --- this topcon was purchased in the 196o's by my dad, in japan. i love to just look at it, hold it, display it in my livingroom.  it gives me creative motivation, and i love it.
